Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AdvertHunt, a product owned and operated by Estonia, ChordChord OU, collects, uses, and shares information when you access our services. We design AdvertHunt for marketing teams and treat your creative briefs, performance data, and contact information with the same care we apply to our own operations.

Information we collect

We collect only the data needed to run the product:

Account details such as name, email, and role provided during onboarding.
Campaign metadata, creative assets, or prompts you submit to AdvertHunt.
Usage telemetry (e.g., feature clicks, error reports) used to secure and improve the app.

Sensitive payment information is processed by PCI-compliant payment providers; AdvertHunt never stores full credit card numbers.

Analytics and monitoring tools

We rely on a small number of vendors to run AdvertHunt safely:

Sentry for crash diagnostics.
Hotjar for aggregated UX research.
Google Analytics for traffic trends.
Meta Ads Pixel for measuring our advertising campaigns.
Mixpanel for product analytics and onboarding metrics.

These processors act on behalf of ChordChord OU and never gain ownership of your content. Data shared with them is limited to metadata necessary to provide their service.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data stored by AdvertHunt. You can exercise these rights by contacting the AdvertHunt team at andy@adverthunt.com and we will respond within thirty days.

AdvertHunt is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
