Delete your account in AdvertHunt

If you have an AdvertHunt account, the fastest way to remove your data is to sign in and open your account settings, then choose to delete your account. This permanently removes your profile, saved creatives, briefs, prompts, and campaign metadata from the product.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, or you signed up through Meta login, email andy@adverthunt.com with the subject “Data deletion request” from the address you used to register, or include the email or identifier tied to your account. We will verify the request and permanently delete your personal data within 72 hours.

Data obtained through Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

When you connect Meta or use Meta Login, AdvertHunt may receive basic profile information and the advertising data you explicitly authorize. To remove AdvertHunt’s access, open your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites and remove AdvertHunt. You can also email us using the request above. Once access is revoked, we delete the associated data we hold within 72 hours.

What gets deleted

A deletion request removes the personal data we hold about you:

• Your account profile, including name, email, and role.
• Creative assets, briefs, and prompts you submitted to AdvertHunt.
• Campaign metadata and usage telemetry tied to your account.
• Profile and advertising data received through any Meta connection.

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it, such as billing and tax records. Any residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
